How much does a customized photo album cost?

Each photo album and all other products that we make will always be affordable and of the highest quality. To view our current price list (last updated on March 2022), please click here.

How long does it take to finish a complete album?

Due to the large volume of photo albums that we make on a day to day, clients and customers alike should expect at least 10 to 21 working days for each customized photo album to be completed except for Guestbook Albums which generally take only around 3 to 7 working days to complete.

Although we accept "urgent" job orders every now and then, please keep in mind urgent job orders are on a first-come-first-serve basis only. If you would like to know if we have slots for urgent job orders, please feel free to contact us.

How do I pay for my order?

For the convenience of all our customers, we are accepting several methods of payment for both domestic and international orders. We accept all major Debit and Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JBL, etc.) through Paypal Checkout. We also accept Bank Transfers and payments through digital wallets such as Paymaya and GCash.

Are album layouts and photo editing free?

No, unfortunately, we do not provide free photo editing and album layout. Making layouts for a photo album to make it more elegant looking requires the skill and talent of an experienced graphic artist. The work can sometimes take hours to complete, and it’s just fair that we pay our layout artists for a job well done.

What designs are available for the albums and boxes?

We have a whole variety of designs available for you and you can find them on our products page. We are also continually adding and innovating new designs every now and then so please visit our website often, or you can sign up for our Newsletter so you can be up-to-date when there are new designs available.

If you have your own design and you would like us to manufacture it for you, you can send us the project details via email.

Where can I send or upload my image files?

For you to be able to send all of your image files to us faster and more efficiently, we recommend you use any file-sharing services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer.

Once you have selected an item from our products page, you will notice a designated text field labeled, "Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer Link" along with other options available for the selected product. You can paste your shared link in this text field. This will associate your files with the Job Order once you check out.
